【What is Sun Platinum?】
An alloy developed in Japan in the early Showa era (a platinum-white alloy containing 85% nickel, 11% chromium, 3% silver, and 1% other).
It is compatible with the skin and has been used in dental materials. It also has superb corrosion resistance, hardly discolors even after being left in the atmosphere for a long time, and the polished surface has a luster similar to velvety platinum-white. Due to the spread of titanium, the amount in circulation has decreased, and it has become a rare material.
